    Default Drug Paraphernalia Ticket

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas

    me and a couple of rineds were sitting behind an abandonded theatre, we had just finished our weed. officer came and found my grinder. he gave me a ticket for possension of drug paraphanilia. what is the maximum fine that can be given to me?

    If this is a Class C misdemeanor, the maximum fine is $500, although it can be increased beyond that amount by other court assessments.
