Having been suspended through no fault of my own i received paper work for a dismissal hearing. It read that my hearing would be in May 2007 and till this time i would be on full pay.
The letter was signed by management and is a legally binding.
Although an error. would i still have a case if i took it to court stating that i would not be going to work till 2007 and would stay on full pay as stated in the letter.
