My question involves police conduct in the State of: Ohio
Following a (since proven false) sexual imposition allegation against my male best friend - he was asked questions of an offensive sexual nature during a non-custodial interrogation. Although he was essentially free to leave, it was insinuated that he was required to answer any/all questions regarding the allegation or he could be arrested.
Among the questions asked were "Do you masturbate while thinking about xx?" and "Do you dream about xx in a sexual manner?"
Are these type of offensive and explicit questions allowed? And could they potentially ever be used in a pre-trial? A trial?
If they are illegal, who would he report this conduct to?
