You want something that will guarantee that you don't overstay, and also guarantee that you can stay legally? Sorry, but nothing can provide that level of certainty. You can apply for an extension, but you won't even get an answer before you overstay. You could leave the nation and attempt to reenter, but you may be turned back.

Given how important your extension appears to be to you, I suggest consulting an immigration lawyer with the specifics of your case.
Thank you for the suggestion, i may choose to leave the country and come back, i dont want to risk a negative response on the extension and having the B1/B2 void.

Question: Since i am in the east coast, If i travel to BERMUDA and come back avoiding over-stay, would that be ok legally???

Thanks again for the info
