    Default Computer Fraud

My question involves criminal law for the state of: California

lets go into my situation before I states my question:

Back in August 2008, I was arrested for Unauthorized Uses of People confidential information, I prefer not to say what it is. I was arrested at the age of 17 1/2. When I was arrested, I was being held at the station for approximately 5 hours for questionings, I was arrested with evidence on my computer so I did not try to plead in any way. After all of the finger printing, photos, the detective lets my parents take me home without a bail and says I will be expecting a mail letter from Court. 1 year and half passed and I have not received any Court Letter, but I received a letter from the Police Station that I can come and pick up my items that were confiscated by them and so far I have not receive any court letter and it passed 500 Days.

My Question is that, I'm planning on traveling out of the country in this summer visiting my home country, Should I go to the Court and Ask for permission to go. Or I can just buy the ticket and go?

    Sorry for my bad English.

P.S : Before he lets me go, he made me write apologize letters to the victims whom I've used their information to do "things". Thought, I would conclude this to the whole thing xD.

Were any conditions attached to your release? It doesn't sound like it, but there's no way anybody here would know. If your release was unconditional, there's no restraint on travel.

If there's been no formal charge and the police are returning the evidence, I expect that there's no plan to charge you.
