Default Current Law for Expungement in Pennsylvania

My question involves expungements or pardons for the state of: PA

Most of the research I have done cite law for expungment in PA for a misdemeanor as eligible at age 70 or death. I do remember reading about a bill/law being passed in Pennsylvania that provided for misdemeanor expungement if the misdemeanor was was punishable for one year or less.

Does anyone have any information on this or was it a proposed bill that never passed?

Thanks in advance for your response.

I don't believe the statute you're looking for exists, but you can look for yourself here.
