Default Failure to Yield - Switching Lanes

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Georgia

Hey all, just wondering how much trouble (in the way of points, fines, or added insurance expenses) could i be subject to for a Failure to yeild?

Ticket says i switched lanes, and cut-off another car, (which happend to be undercover cop).

    Points are explained here.

You can confirm the fine with the court, if it's not stated on your ticket.

For the effect on your insurance, you will need to consult your insurance agent.
