Default Can I Be Denied My Unemployment Benefits if I Report My Lump Sum Retirement

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: Arizona

Can I be denied my unemployment benefits if I was to receive and report lump sum retirement?
How long would benefits be denied to me upon reporting it?Does it matter the amount? How many weeks would I be penalized?

In many states, a lump sum retirement payment won't affect unemployment eligibility. Arizona doesn't make that issue clear, at least insofar as I can find, in its online materials; I suggest calling and asking.
