My question involves divorce in the State of: California

I am currently broke and unemployed for a year and a half. I can no longer pay an attorney and am about to have to release my current attorney, due to lake of funds. My stbx wife had stolen all of the remains of our community bank account made primarily from my income, and hoarded 70% of all her own income earned during marriage (an estimated worth of over half a million dollars) {she is a greedy person}.

We are in the beginning process of its distribution, and I need the funds. Our forensic accountant has only done the minimum amount of work, has cost us over $10K so far, and has analyzed only one of her 20+ stock, bank, and asset accounts. That one small account which she had hoarded during marriage, has been divided by the forensic accountant to be $51K mine, and $56K hers. Since I am broke, I would like the dispersal of this accounts assets.

As I understand the california law, I am entitled to a flat 10% interest per year in addition to its value for the time I have been without its liquidity.
The valuation on this stock account was made at the time of separation almost 2.5 years ago. What I am entitled to and what does the law say specifically, and where, for situations such as this.

Thanks for all you experts who can help me.
