My question involves defamation in the state of:
what recourse or advise would you give to a woman who is a Supervisor at her job and has been fasely accused by a worker of being racist towards this person and also accused of calling them the "N" word when they ABSOLUTELY did not show any racism or call them that name,it's total fabrication,also the company does not seem to be standing behind the Supervisor probally not wanting any bad press and not wanting to get their hands dirty, really pathetic that this type of thing exists
