Default Getting Rid of a Long-Term Houseguest Who's Not On the Lease

My question involves a roommate in the State of: maryland
A friend of mine moved into my apt in Oct 2009. He is NOT on the lease and has paid me NOTHING since he has been here. He also DOES NOT have his mail delivered there either. So basically for the past almost 4 months there is no proof that he lives here. What do I need to evict him? Please help me!

    Thanks

When you asked him to leave, he refused? Have you checked with the local police (in person or by a non-emergency number, not 911) to see if they'll help you put him out as an unwanted houseguest (now a trespasser)?

If they won't, this information on eviction may help..
