    Default Ticket for No Seatbelt

    well I got a ticket for no seat belt a while back. I called to find out the fine and they said to call back in two weeks as the info wasnt in their system yet. Trouble is I totally forgot about it and it says pay by or show up to court on the 18th of this month ( today ). Anyone know what happends now? Am I gonna get a warrant for missin court for no seat belt? i am going to go up and pay it if i can tomorrow cause they are closed now. Just wonderin what I can expect.

    Most likely you will have to pay the original ticket plus additional fees for missing the deadline.

    When you talk to the clerk, you can probably expect to

    1. Pay a fine for the ticket
    2. Pay a fine for the failure to appear
