Suing Somebody in a Different State

My question involves small claims court in the state of: Colorado/Illinois?

I live in Colorado and if I file small claims do I have to go to Illinois during court time? if so, will the judge or mediator make the defendant pay all fees including small claims filing, airplane ticket etc and the amount I'm suing the defendant?

Other alternative I was thinking was can I hire an attorney in the State of Illonois on my behalf?

What kind of attorneys deal with this kind of situation in the yellow pages?

One more thing. Can I hire an attorney to send him a subpoena and make him come to Colorado?

What are my options?

What are you suing for and where did the alledged offense occur?
Small claims courts do not allow attorneys to represent you in most cases.
No to the cost of airplane ticket, etc. Court costs and filing fees if you prevail.
