    Default Deferred Judgment

My question involves a background check in the State of: CA

Last year I was charged with a Misdemeanor HS 11357(B)(2) and I received a Deferred Judgment on 11/19/09, and I have a review in April. I recently applied for a job and I was wondering if this charge will show up on my background report since it is not a conviction?

It depends,it could show the charge and that it was dismissed.
