My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: RI
DRP = Dispute Resolution Policy
As an employee do I have to sign on to this?

Can you elaborate a bit on the circumstances? Why are you being asked to sign this? Are you currently involved in a dispute? What's it about? If you're currently involved in a dispute, do you have an attorney? What does your attorney say about signing this document?
No, you have no legal obligation to sign any policy you do not want to.
On the other hand, your employer has no legal obligation to continue your employment if you refuse to sign. If they choose to fire you over your refusal, that is perfectly legal.
Remember, I didn't say that there would be no repercussions if you didn't sign.
