    Default 16 Year Old with 14 Year Old

    I'm a 16 year old male in the state of Texas, me and this 14 year old girl want to have sex. Could I be charged with anything? I just wanted to make sure before doing anything. Any expert help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    I will recommend that you start by asking her parents.
