    Default Effect of Pension Distributions and Side Jobs on Unemployment Benefits

    My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Colorado

    I receive a monthly small pension. How does this affect the benefits?

    Also, I am able to obtain an occasional side job. How much are the benefits reduced? Is there a formula?

    In my state of PA, you cannot receive UI and retirement benefits both. However, your state may be different, so you will probably have to call them.

    Relative to "side jobs", what type of side jobs are you talking about? Generally speaking, you must report all earnings in the week earned.
