Default Getting Contribution to Cost of Maintaining Overseas House

My question involves small claims court in the state of: MA

Three of us, all MA residents jointly own an inherited house in Greece. One person refuses to pay her share of expenses. Amounts are small usually $300-$400 per year. Will a small claims court hear this case or throw it out because of the Greek connection? Thanks.

Assuming you entered into the maintenance contract in MA, the court should hear the case, regardless of where the property is.
