Going on 17, Looking for a Way Out

My question involves emancipation laws for the province of: British Columbia

I'm 16 yrs old, almost 17 and wanting to know my options about my living situation. My mom has bipolar depressed and serious rage issues, she and my dad are divorced, i live with my mom. My dad is a drug dealer so living with him isn't an option. I'm been trying to look into emancipation but have found little information on the internet. My current living situation is unbareable and was wondering what some options are, and the steps do i need to take in getting emancipated. Please help!
