    Default Moving Out in Indiana

    i live in indiana and am wondering if i can legally move out when i turn 17. I have a job a car and a dependable boyfriend who also has a job and a car and a place to live he's 18 so is it legal?

    As a dependent minor, your parents get to choose where you live until you either turn 18 or are legally emancipated.
