My question involves real estate located in the State of: Florida
I own a condo, and I am the sole owner on the deed. If I decide to sell the condo in the future, who is allowed to attend the closing? I know it would be me and the new buyer(s); however, if someone with no interest in the condo (such as a person not on the deed) insists on attending can they be excluded from the closing?
This is my first time I posted here on the Legal Help forum and I think what I asked may be a "silly" question, but I am not sure from a legal point of view. Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks!
