    Angry 80/20 Foreclosure

involves a foreclosure in the State of:Florida
I went to court for foreclosure by the primary (80) lender. The other lender (20) was not named. I have 60 days to vacate. What happens to that other lender that did not participate in the foreclosure? Will they go after me? Will I be liable for any monies that are not recovered by the sale of the house?

Are you upside-down on the property? Is the second mortgage secured at all at this point?

Florida law does permit deficiency judgments.
