Default Can the Interests on the Judgment Be Demanded

A check for the judgment amounts is received after the compensation for the auto personal injury was awarded. Should the judgment creditor demand the interests on the judgment?

Explain that better, and tell us what state is involved.

Judgments collect interest at a rate defined by state law. If you're talking about a settlement, a settlement is not a judgment and it often takes about thirty days for an insurance company to issue the settlement check.
