    Default Uniform Citation

My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: North Carolina. I was given a uniform citation for speeding apparently at 94mph in a 70 mph zone. I live in NY, my question is; what will happen if I'm found guilty? Do I have to pay if I plead guilty and if so more or less how much would it be or can I get arrested? Or If i plead not guilty do i have to return for another court date?

    Thanks

Oddly, I can't see the ticket from here. Does it indicate that you can simply send in a check, or do you have a mandatory court appearance? If it's the former, you can send in a check. If it's the latter, you are expected to appear in court. If you plead not guilty, you will have to go to court for a hearing to contest the ticket.
