    Default Alienation of Affection

After being with my boyfriend for 16 years (8 yrs living together) he tells me he no longer wants to be together. He used his mothers drinking problem as an excuse. He moved out of our townhouse we owned together. All while we were together he knew I wanted to get married, and have a house and kids, he always told me that "marriage is just a piece of paper" About 1-1/2 yrs later he marries the woman he was dating, he purchases a home and property worth approximately $900K, yes I said $900K and is currently expecting twins. I can elaborate more if needed.
Do I have a case of Alienation of Affection? This happened in 2002.
What is the statute of limitations in Illinois?
    Thanks for any info.
