    Default Overstay and Sponsorship

Hi. I entered the US in 2003 with a P1 Vista valid for 1 year. I overstayed until april 2009. I entered US with a Venezuelan passport with that P1 Visa on it. But cause of my parents i have dual citicenship, Venezuelan and Spanish (Europe). So i have my european community passport that i haven't used to get in the US. In the time i has illegaly in the US i worked and paid taxes cause i had a legit ssn thanks to the p1 visa.

The company i worked for 6 years is willing to sponsor me , my question is if they sponsor me as an European citizen with the passport i never used in the US will INS match my dual citizenship ?

    Thanks

I do not suggest doing anything that could be construed as fraud by U.S. immigration authorities unless you want to risk being banned from the U.S. for the rest of your life.

See an attorney. Your suggestion is not likely to be discussed on a forum as it certainly appears to be illegal.
