    Default Idaho Emancipation Law

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Idaho. I am 17 and have move out of my parents house in california to my grandparents in idaho because my parents can no longer financially support me. I have a good job, a car, no criminal record and can easily prove myself responsible enough to take care of myself. I would like to get emancipated so I can rent an apartment and let my grandparents continue there retirement teenager free. I would like to know if there is any chance a judge would emancipate me based on my situation. I do have consent to do so from my parents and grandparent to do so. Thank you

    Default Re: Idaho Emancipation Law

With the exception of getting married, there is no means for a minor to become emancipated in the state of Idaho.
