    Question Exceptions to the Statute of Limitations

    In Oregon, is there an exception for the 6 year statute of limitation for debt incurred to a municipal, city-owned, hospital? A debt collection agency is claiming that, but I have not been able to find any such exception.

    I'm not a moderator on this site but when posting a question, please start your own thread. Out of courtesy, don't 'hijack' anothers.

    If the agency is claiming such a law, then ask them to provide you with the statute that clearly outlines their "exception" claim.

    Agree, I wouldn't take their word for it. I would want to see a copy of the law/statute.
