    Question Possible Paternity Fraud

My question involves paternity law for the State of: Michigan
Ok, i was dating a girl in 95/96 i was really bad off...i was using large amounts of heroin daily...she was supposedly on the pill...well she got knocked up ...she also hung around "just friends" (guys) at the time...but again i was bad off....after she was about 4 months in she gave an option for me to quit heroin of her to leave me...i weened off the drug and tried to buckle down....things were rocky and didnt last long after the birth she left and instantly was dating...after she disposed of one guy she got with her current husband...this was when my daughter was about 1 and a half to 2 years old....my daughter came over and always wanted to go home to dad....my ex's new man...i walked away from my daughter as her mother was using her as a pawn forcing me to take her when i was scheduled to work, not letting me have her when i was off...so i turned my back and payed my support obligations....my mother and father raised her still as they're own and i couldnt take that from them...but after losing my parents and getting dragged through court being unemployed...i still wonder with a daughter with no similarity to me...my first born daughter has a striking resemblance, could she not even be mine, she was supposedly on the pill and dating a irresponsible heroin addict...i have high doubts and need help...

help for what? The time to question paternity was when she was born. What would you expect to gain now that the girl is what, 13/14 years old?

how was paternity established? presumably it was since you state you were paying support, or was that just voluntary?

    what is your question?

i signed affidavit at time of birth thought we were going to be together...didnt question it since we were a couple....i f not my daughter i wouldnt have to pay support anymore and possibly get damages for previous support paid...and possibly looking to sue her husband in civil court for knocking me out at a recent concert out of town...my question is if i can have my support order removed...if the daughter isnt mine....i have not had contact with the daughter since around 2 years old as mom had her calling someone else dad

if you can prove she is not your daughter, you will most likely be able to get the support order terminated. You will not be able to get any past support repaid to you unless you could prove the mother fraudulently received the child support.

    .
and possibly looking to sue her husband in civil court for knocking me out at a recent concert out of town
that has absolutely nothing to do with your child support situation.

.i have not had contact with the daughter since around 2 years old as mom had her calling someone else dad
that is your fault. If you made no effort to see your child, there is nobody to blame but yourself.
