    Default Can't Get a Visa

My partner of two years is a US resident in FL and I want to move to be with him. Neither of us want to get married at this stage as we want to spend serious time together and see if this is a natural progression. I cant find a way to get a visa which will enable me to work and support myself and my children. I cannot apply for DV lottery and my country is excluded and all other avenues seem to be blocked.

I don't want to go there illegally because of my family and I am totally frustrated by the whole process.

I am realising that there probably isn't another route I can try except for marriage but am forever hopeful. Any ideas?

If you don't qualify for any visa that would allow you to work, then you can't work legally in the U.S.

Your partner can consider moving to your country.

If you want to stay in US, you have to apply for either Student, Work, Tourist or Business Visa and stay in US.
