Possession and Paraphernalia in Florida

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida

So I was at a red light, took a hit from a bowl packed with green, and a detective a few cars in front of me, gets out of his altima, flashed his badge at me, opens the door, pulls me out, tells me " are you ****ing stupid?" I sure did feel stupid. he handcuffed me put me in the car, questioned me for dealers etc** he decided to give me a promise to appear and charged me with poss of marijuana and poss of paraphanelia, I had about .3 in a plastic bag, and .3 in a bowl. he calls me a few days later asking me to be an informant, I tell him no as respectfully as I can, I go ahead and ask him "So are you showing up to trial" he responded... " It's my job" So when I sould how up for the hearing, do I go to trial? would that get me convicted if the detective shows up to court with my bowl and baggy? or do i ask for pre trial diversion ? a first offender

Why in the seven blue hells would you spark up a bowl in public? Holy cats.

Read here and get yourself an attorney. If you cannot afford private counsel, plead Not Guilty at your hearing and ask for a Public Defender.
