I got a ticket in PA for not DWSL, not having my insurance or registration on me. I wasn't actually driving, the car was not even on I was just sitting in the drivers seat, so I wanted to fight the ticket. When I went to fight it, I brought proof of insurance and registration but the judge would not drop those charges. He told me that I could appeal again, but with working full time I never got a chance to go back. I am going to pay it off now, but want to again bring proof of my insurance so that I could see if I can get them to take that ticket off. Are they really allowed to make me pay it even though I had that proof?
