    Default Entering an Auto

My boyfriend was charged with entering auto in Georgia, and was bailed out till his court date. It was originally 3 counts, but the number may have grown since. He hired a lawyer who told him that at most he would have 2 years in jail with 5 to 10 years probation since it was a first offense and he is only 18. They will most likely try to cut a deal, but what kind of jail time would he be looking at for these kind of offenses under his circumstances?

    Default Re: Entering an Auto

You just told us that his lawyer estimates, at most, "2 years in jail with 5 to 10 years probation". (It was either a heck of a crime spree or he has a juvenile record.)

We do not have any information that would justify our trying to second-guess his lawyer.
