Default What do Notices About My Future Benefits Mean

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: California

Hi guys, I have a question for you all.

I was on unemployment and my effective claim date was 11/29/08 and just recently received a Notice Section 1277, etc saying I had to work and make money within X periods. I also received a letter I got when I first got UE benefits. Green envelope that describes a new claim, MUCH much lower wages, almost nothing, and a weekly earnings benefit which is half of what it was. Is this just telling me what I would get if I opened a new claim? Will my next check be lower? I'm sorry guys, Just scared here because the amount was almost nothing to what I was getting originally and with my first and part of 2nd extension. But what worries me is it says effective claim date. 11-29-09.

Now before I got these notices and before the 1 year mark I received a check, which a new claim form came also and stated I had nearly 4k left. I JUST mailed my 2 week claim form for 11-29 - 12-12. This is all from I believe my 2nd Extension.

So my question is where do I stand? Am I going to get a check? What will it be? Will it be money from the pool I had left in my 2nd extension?

Any and all replies would be greatly appreciated.

I would have a very difficult time telling you what the correspondence means without first reading it. You'll have a pretty good idea when you get your next check.

Ok, Let me break it down a little bit more.

What happens when your on your 2nd payment with your 2nd extension, and you hit that 1 year mark of your original claim?

Do they reopen the original one and you start collecting the rest of Tier 2, T3, etc?

    Or.

Do they file a new claim for me with little to no money with it?
