Can I Get Emancipated

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Texas

Ive been looking everywhere and this is the best place i can find to get advice. I want to try to get emancipated after i turn 16 (in about two week) Im going to save up money from my job and do everything you can. I live with my Grandma because my home life was rough, I dont in any way get along with my dads girlfriends and i dont get the choice to go live with my mom because she's deceased. I need to know everything that i need to do to get emancipated. I know i cant right now but later on after i turn 16. Also does living with my grandma count as living seperate of my parent?

No. It doesn't count.

So, what job do you have that will pay approx. $1500 a month?

The statute requires that you live apart from your "parents, managing conservator, or guardian". Informal or not, your grandparent appears to be taking the role of guardian. Also, you must be "self-supporting and managing the minor's own financial affairs", which you are not.
