Search ANY of the thousands of threads on emancipation on this board - or read the stickies, and you'll see that there's absolutely ZERO chance of a pregnant 16 year old being emancipated. ZERO. Absolutely NOT going to happen. Courts routinely hold that hildren who end up pregnant need MORE supervision, NOT less, and, since at 15 (unless you happen to be a movie star) you don't have the income level needed to COMPLETELY support yourself WHILE making good grades in school, you wouldn't qualify even if you weren't pregnant.
On top of all of that, since you're under the age of consent AND under the age where Florida's Romeo and Juliet clause would apply, it's entirely possible that the father could be facing criminal charges for statutory rape.
And, in Florida, unless YOUR PARENTS file the petition for emancipation, you're dead in the water before you start.
