After a pretrail hearing, the judge in my case asked my wife's attorney (I am representing myself) to prepare temporary orders. He then told me I had 10 days to reply. In which I did.

He never reviewed or considered my opposition, even admitting this at a later hearing, and signed my wife's attorney's temporary orders she submitted.

For this reason and several other I filed a motion to vacate the orders.

The question I have is: what happens if the judge does agrees with my motion and vacates the orders?

Does my wife's attorney then have to refile a motion for temporary orders or what?

Any help appreciated.
