Default Is an Employer Required to Put Your Compensation Package in Writing

My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: New Hampshire

I recently took a promotion in management with my company, going from an hourly employee to salary. Is my employer required to provide something to me in writing outlining the expectations and my pay? I was told I was salaried for 44 hrs/week and am now scheduled 55 hrs/week. I have also been told there is a minimum bonus I will receive at the end of the year, but there is nothing in writing for this. Seems to me like this should be something my employer should provide in writing? This is supposed to be a performance bonus with a minimum amount, but nothing in writing explains this or how it is calculated. (My appologies if this should be a separate thread?) Thanks in advance for the info!

Default Re: Employer Required to Put It in Writing

This was all I could find.

I would note that "salaried" and "hourly" are merely pay methods. I'm assuming since you are being promoted to a manager, the company is now treating you as exempt (meaning, no overtime pay).
