My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Texas

At the first of the year my girlfriend and I leased a house together (Both on lease). I was able to buy the house a few months later without my girlfriends knowledge and planed to let her know for a Christmas Gift. When I was buying the house and was going to have her name put on it the Owner refused to place 2 people on the paperwork especially an unwed couple. I completly agreed. I understand all the problems that can arrise and complicate things. Since that time my Girlfriend has started repeating the history she has had with her ex husband and ex boyfriend from before(shes narrcissistic, jealous, insecure, verbally abusive and the list goes on. I have tried to get her to see what she is doing. Anyway several times when she has blown up she has been "going to leave" so I have told her to. Then she says make me. That she can stay till her lease is up and create hell for me the entire time. I believe that since I bought the house that technically I could go and have the eviction process go into effect. I also believe that her lease would technically be null and void as the lease was with the old owner and that this makes her a month by month tenant. This relationship has went south quick and there is a small margin of recovery so if I must intercede legally and throw fuel to the fire then I will.

The other touchy subject to this all is that she has started to work where I do(against my wishes) and I am her supervisor(didnt hire her and asked she not be hired) and have been doing a good job of not clouding the 2 positions I hold.

Looking for help on the actual status I hold on the house
