    Default Removing House Guest

I am renting a house to my Mother in law with a verbal agreement.
Two years ago she invited her son to stay with her at the house.
He has no agreement with me and has never paid a dime's rent.
He has become a nuisance with his drinking and violent behavior. I have asked him to leave the property. I do not consider him a tenant. Can I make him leave? What are his rights if any?

With no rental agreement, you are unlikely to have any right to remove an unwanted houseguest of a tenant. You can terminate the present tenancy, and either ask your mother-in-law to move or to enter into a formal lease agreement which clarifies who can live in the house.
