Default Consequences of a DUI Test Refusal

I was pulled over for laying drags and failure to maintain lane in Geogia. I was completey cooperative with the officer until he searched my car without even asking me to search it. I gave no probable cause for the search. When the officer completed the search he asked me if I would submit to sobriety test or blood or breath. I told him that I refused because he just illegaly searchced my vehicle. The cop actually said "Screw you" and walked off. I had a pleasant attitude and spoke respectfully the whole time even when he was rude. Nothing was found in the searching of my vehicle or me. I was then arrested for dui refusal.

What are my options when I go to court and what does this charge carry?

ps I had a prior dui conviction 14 years ago when I was seventeen. Im sure this info matters.

What's the exact statute you are charged with violating?
