Possession, Paraphernalia and Abuse Charges in Ohio

Last night the police came to my friend's dorm where she and I were. The room wreaked of marijuana and my friend was not being cooperative with the police. I, however, was. I told the cop where the marijuana was and paraphernalia were in her drawer. The cop asked to whom it belonged and I told the cop that it was ours. We were both issued summonses to court for Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana and Drug Abuse Charges. The cops thanked me for being cooperative and they said that they'd let the judge know that I was more cooperative than my friend.

The reason I'm posting here is because I don't know if I could plead not guilty and get away with it since I was found with nothing on my person. Everything was in her possession. For all they know, she could have been smoking and I came over afterward and happened to know where she kept her stuff. I need advice from someone who's more wise to the subject than I am. Thanks in advance.
