    Question Moving Out Problems

My lease is over and I told my apartment manager I would like to move in a week. The manager of the apartments told me I have to give her at least 60 days notice or she would not be giving me my deposit and that this could go on my credit history or renters record. If my leas is over can she do this? I dont care if they keep my deposit, I hate my complex but I dont want my perfect record tarnished. I live in Houston Texas if that helps. Thanks

Does your lease require sixty days notice?
