Default I Walked Out with $1.79 Spice

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvannia
I was caught walking out of Giant with a $1.79 spice in my pocket.
I was followed to my car and asked to come inside to the LP's office And I knew it wasn't going to end well. The LP copied down my drivers licenses information and told me what the deal was. He said I will get a $150 fine in the mail and I am no longer allowed in Giant. I didn't sign anything and he didn't take a picture or anything. I feel as though because he didn't take it serious at all. What should I expect in the mail, when should I expect it and what else will happen?

    $150 fine - civil demand.
The store has up to a year to file a criminal charge.
When they say to not come back, they mean it because they can charge you for trespassing. Maybe you can talk to the store manager to have the ban lifted. :/
