My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of Arizona:
I was issued a citation of Speed,Over R&P in my recent fender bender. The citation states my approximate speed was 15mph, Posted Speed was 40, and the R&P Speed was 40. I am not understanding why I am being issued a citation for going over the R&P when it was 40 mph. I was no where near 40 mph. I am contesting it in court because I feel I was issued a ticket for going over 40 when I was no where near 40. I feel the lady in front of me was going to slow for the conditions. Do I have a chance in court or should I plead guilty.
