    Default My Wife's Bad Conduct

My wife left me and the children, and changed her address to that of her new boyfriend. Her boyfriend is on parole from prison for selling drugs. I think they are still selling drugs, and I have found what looked like cocaine in her purse. She has a prior drug conviction herself, for possession, and isn't exactly keeping her infidelity secret... she lives with the guy.

Will these facts affect the outcome of a divorce?

Default Fault, Custody Litigation, and the Marital Estate

Based on the information you provide, your wife's abandonment of your household and children, as well as her inappropriate living arrangements, would ordinarily work to your advantage in a custody battle. Your wife's conduct may also be viewed as a factor by a court, when the court decides how to divide any marital property.
