The first ticket I am contesting but will probably lose other then statute was written 41.61.400.15 but I will wait and see what I get in discovery as I am questioning a few things. The first ticket was in county “A”.

The 2nd ticket states that E/B (I’m assuming means east bound) at mile post 388 the speeding infraction occurred. The ticket was given for county “B” and yes I was east bound while the officer was west bound, screeched his breaks whipped around and pulled me over. I looked up on WSDOT and the boundary line is 388.61 miles. Additionally the mile post marker 388 is covered in over growth. Is a possible defense that the infraction did not occur in that county and therefore have no jurisdiction?
