    Default Does the ex- have to contribue to college tuition?

    i am currently in the process of filing child support for my son who has never recieved any in 15yrs however i would like to know if there is any laws or stipulations in the law requiring to continue to pay if my son is a full time student after 18 and if so how long?

    Default California Child Support

    In California, the support obligation normally ends when the child turns 18. If the child is 18 but still resides at home, still attends high school full-time, and is still not self-supporting, the child support obligation normally ends when the child graduates from high school or turns 19, whichever comes first.
