    Default Second DUI in Nevada

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Nevada

I was arrested in June for a 2nd DUI. I was ORed and went to court date and told that the court date was cancelled due to the court not receiving results of blood test as of yet. It has been 5 months and I have still not gone to court for my arraignment. Would like to know the guidelines on how long it can take the court to arraign me and me enter a plea. Is there a time limit for an arraignment after being charged?

Have you been officially charged or not? If you have not been charged, they have up to the time the statute of limitations expires to charge you. For regular misdemeanors that's normally 1 year, for gross misdemeanors 2 years.
