I think my CEO is planning to terminate me.

A month ago another employee told me the CEO was making advances on her. I was in a tough spot because I represent HR so I had her go to her superior and I emailed her that she should go to the EEOC.
Since that employee left, they went through her emails and found my email suggesting she should go to the EEOC. Now the CEO is acting aloof from me and recently hired another person who I know is qualified to do my job. I have no employee agreement, never filled out an application and have no job description.

This CEO is known to "eliminate positions" and hire someone else to do the same job. He's done this quite a few times.

Do I have any grounds for wrongful termination if it comes to that?
